RSPB Midlands Conservation Team Administrator
We urgently need additional short-term administrative support in the Conservation team in the Midlands Regional Office in Banbury, to help us through a significant change in the way the team is structured. Your role in the team would be to help staff and other volunteers with general admin tasks that are many and varied, likely to include filing, booking meetings and cars, collating volunteer packs for posting, typing of meeting notes etc.
We need someone who can volunteer for at least one or two days per week (or more if possible) from February to early May 2018.

You will be a key part of a small, friendly RSPB team working on the front line of nature conservation in the Midlands. By volunteering your time and skills, you will make a real difference to the work of the RSPB, contributing to the effectiveness of our work. This is an opportunity to support a charity in your local area. The role is an ideal short-term opportunity for someone looking to extend their experience in an office environment.
There may be an opportunity to extend this role beyond
Good administrative skills, including basic computer literacy. Good written and spoken communication skills including a polite and confident phone manner. An interest in conservation issues would be useful but not essential. You will need to be 18 years old or over, and available for at least one or two days per week until early May 2018.
